Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. GIOIA does not accept returns or exchanges for underwear unless the item is damaged or the incorrect product was received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return of the item (if necessary) and process your replacement or refund.
